CANAM is a multi-disciplined, building and property maintenance company.
We strive to give our clients a responsive, professional service at all times, based on good value for money, good customer care and good after sales attention. Flexible and trustworthy, we are constantly looking for new ways to improve our service levels.
We work with some of the UK’s leading commercial and residential managing agents and building surveying practices, and offer our services to property developers and facilities management companies, housing associations, local and regional authorities and
private clients.
PROJECTS We work on a broad spectrum of large and small projects – in commercial and residential settings. We are specialists in working with occupied buildings of all ages – from grand scale period properties to modern apartment blocks and commercial premises. Whether in retail, hospitals, education, leisure, local councils and regional authorities, attention to detail, courtesy and consideration to Clients are paramount.
